Sometimes that means helping you choose the solution that best fits your situation and your budget. Sometimes it means helping you get more out of the software you already own, or extending and adapting it. And when the need calls for it, we design and build a solution around your exact requirements. That philosophy runs through our three pillars.
Ready to use platforms and tools we have built, led by TraceHub, that deliver value from day one.
Expert advisory, programs, consultation and technical services that help our customers choose, optimize and govern the right solutions for their situation and budget.
Products we design and build from the ground up around each client's business requirements, delivered as their own.
An unbiased, vendor-neutral platform that educates the market with no product to sell and no agenda behind the content. Through awareness sessions, webinars and educational videos, TraceHub is building a global community of Track & Trace practitioners, authorities and industry professionals who learn from each other and from real market experience.
TraceHub was established to address a critical global gap: many national regulatory authorities and Track & Trace programs fail not because of technology, but because strategy, regulation, processes, governance, data, people and implementation oversight are not aligned.
Our work focuses on enabling sustainable national capabilities, not short-term system deployment. We guide clients from early-stage vision and readiness assessment through regulatory design, operating model development, tender preparation, vendor evaluation, implementation governance, acceptance support, capacity building and continuous improvement.
TraceHub does not compete with technology vendors or system integrators.
Our role is to protect the client's interest by ensuring that every technology decision is linked to a real regulatory need, every process is operationally viable, every requirement is measurable, every vendor is fairly evaluated, every implementation is governed against clear acceptance criteria, and the total cost of transformation is continuously optimized.
Regulatory tracking, standards and guides, expert content, learning resources and a live community, all open to practitioners, authorities and industry professionals.
Grouped the way governments, regulators, donors and industry actually run transformation programs. Whatever we deliver, we map our assessments, designs and recommendations to recognized international references such as the WHO Global Benchmarking Tool.
Adoption baseline, barrier removal and compliance conversion.
A vendor-neutral program that helps countries, regions, donors, regulators and public-health stakeholders raise the actual adoption and compliance rate of Track & Trace systems. It targets the gap between having a system available and achieving real adoption by manufacturers, importers, distributors, warehouses, pharmacies, healthcare facilities and public-sector entities.
From the packaging line to national visibility.
Support for countries and organizations designing, implementing and optimizing pharmaceutical traceability ecosystems.
RFPs, evaluation, governance and acceptance.
One of our strongest advisory roles. We help clients prepare tenders, evaluate proposals, select the right implementation partner and govern delivery objectively.
Every stakeholder is positioned on the same eight-stage journey, so progress is visible and measurable rather than assumed.
Part of the target compliance universe.
Understands the Track & Trace requirements.
Registered in the relevant system or program.
Has the required capability, data, software or equipment.
Connected or able to exchange the required data.
Using the process in daily operations.
Meets the required compliance criteria.
Maintains compliance over an agreed monitoring period.
Our core experience is not advisory theory. It comes from years of running, governing and enabling live national medicines verification and Track & Trace programs.
Contributed to shaping Egypt's pharmaceutical Track & Trace ecosystem through guideline development, solution evaluation, vendor assessment and implementation readiness, and led stakeholder enablement through workshops, knowledge transfer and practical guidance.
Delivered specialized Track & Trace training to the Jordan Food and Drug Administration.
Delivered national awareness webinars in cooperation with RSD, the national Saudi Track & Trace platform.
We do not start from zero. Every product is put together from the same seven components. A new sector, a new regulator or a new file format means configuration and extension work, not a fresh build.
Reads GS1 DataMatrix and linear barcodes on Android phones, fast enough for an operator working through hundreds of units in a session. Keeps running when the network drops and syncs afterwards, which is how most packing halls work.
Used by 5 productsHolds products, entities and locations, and manages the GS1 identifiers attached to them: GTIN, GLN and SSCC. Validation sits here, so a bad identifier is caught long before it reaches a regulator.
Used by 5 productsCreates serial numbers for pharma and non-pharma domains, applies encrypted serial schemes where a sector calls for them, and keeps the state of every serial through its life.
Used by 3 productsBuilds, validates, converts and audits EPCIS. Handles aggregation building, Excel to EPCIS, XML to EPCIS, and reading a file a regulator has already rejected to work out why.
Used by 3 productsMoves data between systems. Mapping, transformation, scheduling, retries, and surfacing the errors that somebody must fix.
Used by 6 productsTenant isolation, role-based access, multi-site and multi-entity structures, and per-tenant configuration. The layer that lets one deployment serve a whole market rather than one company.
Used by 8 productsAnomaly detection across movement data, reporting, and the agent layer that answers questions from a knowledge base and connected tools.
Used by 2 productsEach product below shows which of the seven components it uses. All eight run the same roles and permissions engine from C6. What changes between them is the tenancy scope.

A desktop application that lets people who do not write code connect and sync data between web applications, REST APIs, databases, Excel files and desktop software. It records a system generically instead of being wired to any one vendor, works out a mapping plan between source and target, and runs it on demand or on a schedule.
EPCIS Builder, Analyzer, Audit, Aggregation Builder, and converters from Excel and from XML. Used to bring partners onto a system and to work out why a submission was rejected.
Commissioning and packing with fast scanning. Builds Tatmeen and EPTTS submission files in CSV and EPCIS, and generic EPCIS for commissioning, aggregation and shipping. Runs with no internet connection at all.
A compact national style traceability system for sectors outside pharma. Serialization with encryption, product and entity master data, shipping to multiple sites, anti-counterfeit verification, regional anomaly detection and a light loyalty service.
An agent for Track & Trace questions. It answers from the TraceHub knowledge base and connected tools, covering regulations, technical standards and the requirements of individual markets.
Chat with Tracy →Manufacturing execution for production lines, taking data straight from the machines through IoT sensors rather than from operator scanning. Covers line status, output and event capture from equipment on the floor. In production with a packaging manufacturer in Saudi Arabia, with a second implementation under way.
Warehouse management for serialized inventory: receiving, put away, picking and dispatch, with control at both serial and batch level.
Route and driver tracking with a mobile application. Route history, driver assignment and trip monitoring. Cold chain and vehicle condition are not covered.
The same core runs wherever a product needs an identity, a movement history and a way to prove both.
Every mandate, circular and guideline across the markets we monitor, read and explained on TraceHub.
That combination is hard to find in one partner, and it is what lets us choose the right path for every customer: optimizing what they already own, extending it, or building something new.
Our engineering foundation goes back more than 20 years of designing, building and operating software across healthcare supply chains and digital transformation. We bring hands-on experience in enterprise grade platforms, system integration, APIs, data architecture, cloud deployment and quality engineering. We have lived with the consequences of that technology in production.
Understanding the business does. Our team combines deep healthcare and supply chain domain knowledge with regulatory awareness and a cost efficiency mindset. We start every engagement from the customer's business reality: their operations, their constraints and their budget, and only then decide what technology should do about it.
From the first scan to the final insight, we connect the dots.
A mandate you are reading for the first time, a tender you need to get right, a system nobody is adopting, or a build you need done properly. Send the details and we will come back with a straight answer on whether we can help.
